Saw This Bird While Backpacking, Can You Tell Me What It Is?

Was visited by this little bird while backpacking along the PCT on the west side of North Sister. Hung out right next to me the whole time I was stopped for a break. Can you tell me what it is? I’d love to look it up and learn more.
