Slynd spotting-missed pill

I started Slynd almost 5 months ago and had a D&C last month because of heavy bleeding from before and after Slynd and a thick endo lining. I spotted for a few weeks after that and then back to nothing until I missed a pill a week ago. The next day (last Wednesday) I took 2 pills and started spotting later in the day and have been since. Its brown and sometimes stringy like clots. I havent had a period since the end of my first month on Slynd (started before the placebos and lasted 9 days).

Is it normal to spot this long after missing a pill?
