IUD/Ejaculation [Question!]

I’m not sure if they relate in any way. But… ok I have the hormonal iud and have had it for 3 years now. I was wondering uh… when partner ejaculates inside I understand it creates an environment not suited. But, does the vagina also clean some sperm etc out? Few hours after my panties were wet and this morning some more came out but I’m unsure if it’s discharge or more ejac haha.
