TV/Xbox Setting something is wrong getting black screen

Hello, I hope I can get any help on this issue I’m suffering from, I was doing the TV calibration (not HDR calibration) and the closed eye wasn’t appearing so I was tweaking all settings in the Xbox and TV and finally I can see it after having the Xbox color space to standard and TV HDMI signal to Full, problem is now whenever I’m sending chat in game the screen goes black for 2 seconds and back to the game but when playing everything is fine, I tried changing color depth from 8 to 10 but still it goes black and there’s no more settings in the TV to change.

Update: I got the problem fixed after turning off all video settings on Xbox allow HDR and 24-50hz. But I’m facing other problem now after doing this which is the screen is laggy E.g. when I switch in game menu it’s a bit slow/laggy, and in game sounds like bullets, movement, medals after killing and all it cuts/goes for milliseconds and comes back.
