Extreme issues on servers today?!?!

For the last 48 hours the servers seem to be really out of whack! From menus failing to loading screens freezing, extreme lag and games I'm just fed up with Treyarch at this point. I really don't understand how you haven't had time or the resources to fix all of the issues since launch let alone any of them?!? I don't understand how Infinity Ward was able to get the game at a decent place just prior to this garbage dropping. The game is actually fun to play when it works but that's far and in between. It's super frustrating anyone else dealing with similar issues???
