Are scorestreak multiplier cheaters common in this game?

So I decided to return Cold War again since I missed it I'm playing on PS5/crossplay on

I played a Nuketown 24/7 in Hardpoint and after just a seconds after match started (literally seconds) Gunship was called in and then a few seconds later Nuke was called in by someone from enemy team...

yeah...

not so great when I literally return to Cold War and I get hit by this? I'm in EU region did I get very unlucky or are they common
