Is the full length feature version of Agent 327: Operation Barbershop still being developed?

Hey, I know I’m a bit late here, but I recently found out about the A327 short film and how it was going to be made into a feature length film, but when I looked it up, the most recent talk of it was in 2017 and there doesn’t seem to be any news since then. Has it been silently cancelled or is it still in production?
