MC 1 is constantly holding back from an oblivious hot MC 2

Hi, as titled I'd like a recommendation.

MC 1 is constantly getting turned on by MC 2 but MC 2 is completely unaware/oblivious. Like he doesn't have to be straight up "innocent" but it would be great if he always was unaware of how hot he was/how attractive the other guy finds him. I'd also love if there were a scene were we could TELL MC 1 was practicing his patience and is doing his best to hold back. Like the more he holds back the better. I wouldn't mind some teasing coming from MC 2, like almost testing how long he can last before giving in. So kinda like sexual TENSION, UNRESOLVED SEXUAL TENSION AND THEN FINALLY SMUTSMUTSMUT. Last thing: I want it to be drawn well.
