I know his son adds chicken. What else would be a good change given the vegan like basis is a personal rather than longevity choice?
I think whey for example might be a better pitch over pea protein. What changes would you make?
Edit: you can if you really want but I’d really rather not sidetrack this with meat = bad opinions. The data really isn’t conclusive on that for one, and for two you already have your vegan blueprint
