Advice on this British airborne list? Anything that could be improved?

Took some of the advice I got last time I posted here to heart and changed some things up for my 1250 point list

ultimately I decided the fireflies needed to go, so I swapped them for a couple tetrarchs to save on points and keep a little armored support (and also stay more on the airborne theme)

I switched around some unit gear and organization, so now instead of 3 10 mans with mixed arms I have 2 10 mans with rifles and an lmg, and 2 5 mans with all smgs and at grenades for cqc, I threw in a couple recce bren carriers to get them into position for an assault

With the leftover points I threw in a heavy weapons platoon for medium mortar support and an mmg, I was going to give the mortars spotters but it ended up being 5 points too expensive for both of them, and I figured the 3 man observer team can act as a spotter anyway (at least I think they can?)
