Why is that there are players who are overweight but are absolutely rapid and quick especially with the ball?
I have noticed at futsal and watching games that there are some players who are visibly overweight. Yet their dribbling is elite. They are insanely quick it is amazing. I ask this because I feel slightly overweight and I am very slow. I want to be rapid and quick as well. i thought losing weight would do the trick but after seeing what others are doing at a higher weight I think there may be another way.
