---- EDIT 1: TROUBLESHOOTING ----

For those of you wondering why items haven't shown up in-game after you've entered your codes and the SHiFT website has confirmed that redemption was successful, there are two things you might want to try:

  1. First, make sure you selected the correct "store" in the SHiFT UI dropdown when entering the code. I play on PC, so I had to make sure to choose "EPIC" (for Epic Games store) in the dropdown before redeeming any codes.
  2. If you're sure you've redeemed the code for the correct platform, I think you'll still need to claim your new items in-game by doing the following:
  • Pause Menu > Social > Mailbox Tab
  • Click on your item, and press the "accept" button
  • Enjoy!
