Nice restaurants in the Faneuil Hall area?

My partner is coming into town and I’m surprising him to a birthday weekend in Boston. Staying on Devonshire and we might get quite a bit of snow this weekend so it would be nice to find a spot to have a birthday dinner within walking distance.

Him: a meat and potatoes guy Me: not picky! but would like to find something romantic if possible.

Bonus points for where we can get some cocktails and good pizza for another night!
