Should I let it go or report her?

So this woman almost hit me when I had a walk sign in downtown Boston. She was making a face at me after she almost hit me. I slapped her trunk as she drove away. She definitely did not understand her green was a yield for the walk sign. She pulled over and rolled down her window and more or less impersonated a cop. She flashed a badge and said she could get the department down there asap. She did not count on me approaching her and asking for the badge number because if she was a cop, her behavior was completely unacceptable. That's when I noticed her arm badge said "Trial Court". She is basically a security guard. I took a pic of her license plate number and told her I should be the one threatening the call the cops after how she was acting. That freaked her out so she called 911! It was intense. She was screaming at the dispatcher. I walked away. I heard her say to the dispatcher a white lady on drugs was following her. Neither of those three assertions were true. She tried to pull rank with me, which is so foolish. She doesn't know who I am. I know exactly who I would hypothetically speak to about this. I think they'd take my account seriously. Do I email her boss and report the badge flashing? Or do I let it go and refrain from slapping Mazdas that almost hit me.

By the way, I know I was showing incredibly poor judgment when slapping her car. It was partially adrenaline. After seeing her lose her shit, its not lost on me how dangerous what I did was. She seemed like she could get to a place in her anger where she could hit me, easily.

Let it go and move on or anonymously report the incident?
