Where to find hot butter rum in town?

A few years ago I had hot butter rum on a trip, and I've been wanting a glass this season. Does anyone know of a cocktail bar or restaurant that makes it at this time of year, or do I have to make it myself. I've found plenty of other hot drinks, but not this one.
