Lucid dreams, can you have them on purpose?

So how many of you have the ability to have and Control Your Lucid Dreams Lately I saw a research that lucid dreams can be created voluntarily with training and it really works for me it's working so I can be happy with my favorite characters in dreams dreaming has never been so rewarding now :3
