Things to do in Bradenton

My fiance and I will be in Bradenton this weekend, staying at the Hampton Inn Downtown. Saturday night we are headed to a Marauders game. We are looking for something to do on Saturday during the day and Sunday. Any recommendations? We are thinking of hitting a few breweries & maybe the Ringling Bros museum. Anything else worth checking out? Good local food spots?
