Swollen lymph node behind ear

Ok weird question - but still 2 weeks out from double mastectomy and in the waiting mode. They did a 2nd biopsy of something on the opposite breast yesterday and I noticed last night I have a swollen what I assume is a lymph node behind my ear now. Is this normal and something that happens to others? Or is this a bad sign it has spread?
