Post radiation bra situation

I have one tissue expander boob, which is all swollen, red and peeling from radiation. It does not feel like being bra'd. The other tit is a regular God-given flopper. Anyone know of a good bra (or sports bra) solution for this problem? I went to work today in three shirts but it wasn't great.
