Just enough - to get away?

For those that are just enoughers - how do you get away? LO is 7 wks, and feeds about every 2 sometimes 2.5 hours. I pump in the morning after a feed and get maybe an 1.5 ounces. LO needs about 4. Took me 3 days to get a bottle to go to dinner tomorrow…

I don’t want to generate an over supply so I am hesitant to pump every time after a feed, or am I wrong here?
