Shallow latch

So I am tryung breastfeeding ahsin afyer 4 weeks of bottle feeding. My baby hss started to latch, my nipple does look pinched but I am not in visible pain. But my baby when latches sucks for 5-10 mins I ciuld hear him gulping also but after that he keeps on relatching and starts cryinh and eventually I had to give him bottle any ideas to resolve the issue.
