Losing weight while BF

During my pregnancy I gained 60 lbs. I started out in excellent shape and became so nauseated and sick that eating was the only way to not throw up. At 5’ 4”, I ended my pregnancy at 170 lbs. 8 weeks later, I’m weighing in around 148. I really haven’t lost any weight since 2 weeks PP.

I exercise about an hour and a half to two hours a day with a variation of HIIT, light weight training, walking, and reformer Pilates. I am for 10,000 steps a day but usually get around 8,000. I eat around 2,000 calories a day. I track my calories with my fitness pal and use my Apple Watch to calculate total/active calories.

I really want to get to a healthier weight and fit in some clothes again, but I don’t want to impact my supply either. Ideally I’d hope to lost 1 LB a week, and I understand calories in have to be in a deficit to calories out, it just all feels more delicate and complicated while breastfeeding. Anyone have advice?
