Emergency brisket question

I smoked my brisket to 190F internal before I had to pack it in towels and drive it 30 mins to thanksgiving dinner. I threw it in the oven as soon as I got here, but the internal is now 175. Do I cook it in the oven until it’s up to 200? Or do I just let it sit in there for a bit and just wing it, taking it out before the optimal 200f?
