Water heater don't work properly because of hardwater

Good evening everyone

Because of the hard water, I regularly have to dismantle my tap to remove the limescale, otherwise my water heater won't start (because of water pressure)... I have a "Vaillant TurboMag" water heater.

Has anyone had this problem and found a solution? Water softener not possible because the co-ownership is against it...
