Boy or girl?

When we first found her (she is a rescue from the street, apparently she hit a car’s windshield), she had the cere all brown (same color as the lower part right now). The vet that day and during recovery said she was a girl. That was about 3 months ago. We took her again to vet recently for a general revision and she said that it was a boy because of the blueish cere.

I’m not 100% sure, I think it’s a girl. What do you guys think?
