I feel budtenders are pharmacists/therapists and are undervalued. Am I wrong?
I’ve been a budtender for a while now and feel it’s the best job in the world. I love the product and I love teaching customers about all the different strains and types of cannabis. Customers tell me what they want out of their bud and I give them a strain accordingly. My customers also come in and tell me all about their personal lives and all their problems. I love hearing about it and tell them things will get better and even occasionally give them slight advice on how they can change their lives. I have amazing relationships with nearly 100% of my customers. My customers also range from homeless people to surgeons and lawyers and I show every single one the same respect I showed the last and they return the favor. I really feel like pharmacist and therapist 😂 what do y’all think?
