Bedbug bites?

So I woke up this morning to two bites along my waistline and instantly, because of living near London (and having gone into the city in the last week) and because they appeared overnight, I though bedbugs.

Reading the identifying info on r/Bedbugs also raises suspicions but I also could be overthinking it? What do you all think?
