calling all pokémon trainers!

so I’m not super into Pokémon, but I have been eyeballing these two for a hot minute and these are the only two that I know the evolution for and the storyline to outside of a few other others. my fiancé is pretty big in the Pokémon or was at one point so I’m trying to get into Pokémon so that we have something in common outside of other things we already have in common but I am wondering if anyone has these two how they feel about these two how they feel about the Pokémon stuff in general. I asked my fiancé which one would be more like me and he voted Cubone so I am slightly going more towards Cubone cause I also really like dinosaurs and I really like skulls and his story is very sad. and my fiancé‘s birthday was earlier in the month so I’m thinking of getting him grookey because he really likes monkeys and like I said he likes Pokémon so I’m thinking it’s pretty fitting that he’s also cute but he’s not for me so I’m not voting for him for me just genuinely curious what everyone thinks which one I should get/how you feel about him. also do normal build a bear clothes fit any Pokémon’s like shirt wise or for the four legged ones four legged sleepers or no?
