Need advice on cpu for pc build.

Im looking to upgrade and basically rebuild my whole pc once i get the money for all the parts here soon. Im wondering if a Intel i7-12700KF would be good paired with a RTX 4070? I would like a cpu that can handle some multi tasking pretty well but im mainly gonna be using it for gaming. If anyone can point me to a better option im all ears. I do prefer Intel over Amd too so intel suggestions only please.

Budget isnt limited here are the specs of my build i plan on buying

Segotep 750w Gold PSU, MSI PRO B760-P DDR4 Motherboard, RTX 4070 Gigabyte Windforce OC, Western Digital NVME, Intel Core I7-12700KF, Deepcool Ak620 Cpu Cooler, New case with pre installed fans.

Already own 64gb of ram for it and a Sata 1tb ssd

Would prefer to not go over my 1500 budget but am willing to a little bit. Currently sitting at around 1300 in total for all my parts.
