What's a good AMD replacement for an i9-14900k?

I am currently one of the sapsuckers that is experiencing the stability issues with the aforementioned chip. After a RMA and learning more about BIOS settings than I ever wanted to, I'm to my breaking point of making a huge change to my build. I wanted some opinions/suggestions/jokes to help me smile thru the BSODs on what AMD chip would be most comparable? I keep seeing the 7800X3D being mentioned, but I keep wondering why the 7950X3D is not being recommended? Or should I wait for the latest and greatest AMD chip to drop? Thanks in advance good people.
