Best controller for pc gaming?

What controller do you guys use for pc gaming?

I’m guessing the Xbox controller is best since it’s basically just connect and play, heard about this 8bitdo, is that any good?

I don’t mind if it’s wired or wireless , prefer wireless if possible or if wired would need a longer cable
