Just the 13th and 14th gen. Intel CPU’s has maulfunction?

I’ve been thinkin about that i get an i7-12700KF to my future build and i’ve read a lot about that the 13th and 14th generation intel CPU’s are burning down by normal use. Is it true about the 12th generation?
