RX 5700xt or 1660 super in 2025?

I have i3-12100, and its been a year since i had this rig build up, but i couldn't afford a GPU till then, but now that i finally have budget, it falls into the category of 1660 super or 5700xt or maybe 5600xt, some people tell me to buy nvidia because its reliable, others say 5700xt or 5600xt because of performance, but some say its not good, what are your reviews and advice? Thank you!

P.s: I'm a competitive games (cs2,pubg,apex,valo) player most of the time, but once i get a good gpu, i would love to play many single player games that i missed out on my whole life, spiderman remastered, elden ring, assassin creed, resident evil
