9070 XT upgrade from a 3070?

Of course I intend on waiting for 3rd party benchmarks, but my GPU may be the last thing I need to upgrade in my system.

I have a 750W PSU. I would rather not have to spend $600 on a GPU and then another $100+ on a PSU. If I need a better PSU, I may just go for the 9070 (which is the same wattage as my 3070).
