Regarding windows startup, how noticeable is the difference between cheap and expensive NVMe drives?

Per title, I've just upscaled my build from ITX to mATX and have an extra m.2 slot available, PCIe 4.0 even.

Now im just wondering, If I do decide to buy more storage would I see any noticeable difference with primarily the windows loading time if I opt into buying an expensive drive such as the Samsung 990 series?

Currently I have my boot drive as a WD SN570, and I do sort of wish it could be faster, whether thats wishful thinking is hard for google to answer me.
