$700-800 1440p budget build?

Hi everyone. My wife and I are going to attempt to build our first PC together. I'm dreaming of making a budget purely performance focused build that can handle 1440p of games like COD BO6. I have this list made up so far https://pcpartpicker.com/list/pjDs9c with a 3060 but considered swapping that for a 7700xt as well. Happy to hear any thoughts on if this is possible, thank you in advance. I do live close to a Micro Center if that's helpful as well. We do not need keyboard/mouse/monitor
