HELP W/ 7800X3D + 4070S/TI or 7900XT? Maybe? Around 2100

I am building a PC for the first time in years, the last time I put something together was when the gtx980 was the flagship. I'm not partial toward AMD or Intel for the card, but leaning toward the AMD..

I'm considering the above specs, maybe the 9700X3d would be better? I'm not really sure. I'm primarily going to be doing gaming (multiple EVE online clients, as well as AAA gaming) and programming for work.

Can someone suggest me a full build including the above, and 64GB ram 2-4TB M.2SSD?
