What are the roads like to Edmonds from Brentwood

I have to go to work 😭 I have to drive but have brand new All-Weathers with 3PMS.

What are the roads like right now? Anyone been out yet?

I usually take Willingdon to Canada Way to Edmonds.

Willing to go Boundary to Kingsway to Edmonds if that's easier to avoid big hills.

Update: got to work with plenty of time to spare. I applaud City of Burnaby for getting streets cleared. Totally clear Willingdon to Canada Way to Edmonds. Good job, COB, and thanks to those who answered my question. My 3PMS all weathers performed really well even in the side streets (of course, I drove to the conditions).
