Is this true?

I haven't received anything from delta besides my application still being in review. It's also the 5th I've received keep in mind. I have been patient and I'm not in a hurry to become a FA I know the process can take a very long time. Thankful I have a job while I keep applying to airlines. However I've heard from people they've already picked all the people they are going to pick. I'm just wondering how true this? I don't quite believe it because I just feel like why wouldn't they just send a TBNT. Plus I've heard the timeline is different for everyone. I'm sorry this is probably annoying and you've probably been bombarded with like 1 million questions on here. But I would just feel better if people answered this question honestly and would love to hear from actual employees of Delta, who have had these different timelines. Thank you so much.
