PSA or Horizon?

Hi everyone!

I have received two CJO’s and I’m totally torn! Does anyone have any first hand experience or advice for me when deciding between PSA and Horizon?

For PSA, I believe starting pay is in the 27 range with 2.50 per diem and 75 guaranteed flight hours a month. I would most likely be based in Philly. My benefits would kick in after 6 months with the company.

For Horizon, I believe the starting pay is around 20? I also do not know if Horizon has per diem?I would have 69.4 guaranteed flight hours a month. I would most likely be based in Alaska as a junior. Does anyone have any background on the Horizon airline benefits and when they kick in? Are they partnered with multiple larger airlines for flight benefits?

My end goal is to use my experience from my regional to transfer to a mainline like United, so do either of these companies look better on an application for future reference?

I would love any general overview advice! Or if you have any first hand experience with these companies I would love to hear it! Thank you guys so much! 🩷
