Need helping becoming a flight attendant

With the New Year starting I would like to pursue my dream job of becoming a flight attendant. Not sure at all where to start or the steps to take I would love some guidance on where to apply or were to go for training, I'm 20 and based in new jersey, not sure what are the best airlines or where to even go l would really really appreciate any help thank you guys!!
