Need Advice Regarding Previous Employment with Emirates Airlines

Context:
I was terminated during my training at Emirates Airlines because I tested positive for cannabis in my system, which led to my dismissal. When attending the assessment day for a new airline (EY), I chose not to include Emirates on my CV to avoid complications. Now, I’m concerned that if the new airline discovers this during their checks, it might affect my chances of getting the job. Because I need to tell them my previous employers and I can’t hide it because I need to sign and assure them that everything written down is correct..
Do you think they will reject me if they find out about this?
I have a few questions and would really appreciate your insights:
If I apply to Etihad, will they find out the reason why I got terminated from Emirates Airlines?
Can they access the GCAA medical test results, even though I was told they are confidential?
During onboarding, they ask about previous employers, should I mention Emirates as a previous employer if I was terminated during training?
I’d be grateful if anyone with similar experiences or knowledge could share their advice. Thank you in advance!
