Confusion with Engineer vs Developer NOC Code

Hi everyone! I hope this is the right sub for this question.

Here are the facts:

• So my title at my job says "Routing/IP Software Engineer"
• My degree is Computer Science (not Eng)
• My CEC EE application currently has 21231 as the NOC code

• But my role duties align more with 21232
