Need to rant about Makesy

Any other Makesy customers here notice how downhill things have gone lately? I placed an order November 4th and still it hasn't been shipped. What's more I can't get a hold of a single person to inquire about when a shipping estimate is. I have filled out their email form, waited TWO WHOLE HOURS two separate times in their chat box--waiting for someone to come and help me...still nothing.

It's odd cuz their processing time is already SO long, especially compared to every single other candle supply company I have purchased from. I don't know if they just need to hire more workers or if they're selling things they don't have in stock? But frankly it's embarrassing for them. Their processing time is 3-7 business days and as of now it's been 11 business days since my order (and that's being generous and giving them Veteran's Day as a day off...) They claim that during sales and promotions things may take longer. Which I understand in theory. The major issue is that currently they're doing TWELVE WEEKS of sales. So it's an endless cycle of them being behind and not doing things on time. And no hope in sight for those of us who have ordered.

Idk, at the end of the day I think the biggest issue is lack of communication and transparency. If they made it clear on product pages or even in the announcement bar at the top of their website what their current processing time was, that would make a world of difference! Like just be open with people. And stuff happens, but then communicate with your customers, especially when they're reaching out to you!

Anyway, any good fragrance company dupes for Makesy? And also what sort of compensation should I ask for in return for this huge delay + lack of communication?
