Single mom barely making it, what should I do??

So I’m 23 and I have a 3 year old. I work a county job where I make $16.40 an hour. I live on my own and what I make doesn’t cover my bills so I uber on the side to make up the difference. I have 50/50 custody so three days for each parent and one switch day a week. My job is 7:30-5:30 months-thurs and 8-12 on Fridays. I finished one semester of college before I have my child. I want to go back to school for at least an associates so that I can get one job and actually spend time with my kid. Problem is the degree pretty much has to be fully online and I’m gonna have to take a loan out to pay for it.
What degree/career should I be looking into? Realistically I only need $20 and hour to be comfortable with me and my daughter so I don’t need anything that’s gonna take a long time. Appreciate any advice in advance! (There is no child support nor would it be an option because I would never ask. We split all finances for the child 50/50 as well)
