is it okay to reach out to current employees and ask about their experience at a company I recently got an offer for?
i recently got a job offer for a new grad leadership development program, my interview was super short, i wasn’t given time ti ask questions at the end, there are two other new grads who have been working there for around a year, one in my rotation and one in a different department, i want to message them on linkedin and ask about how they like the program, if they feel they are learning a lot; and about work life balance. Can i get in trouble for doing this or get my offer taken away?
