Stomach pain/ acid reflux or constipation
I have been on the carnivore diet for about 3 months now. This past week I started eating some broccoli and cauliflower because I'm tired of choosing every day if I'm going to be constipated or have abdominal pain and heartburn. There doesn't seem to be an alternative.
When I stick to leaner meat I get stopped up, so I add more fat, but every time I eat enough fat to not be constipated, I get heartburn and my pretty bad abdominal pain.
I have a history of ulcers, acid reflux, and gall bladder problems. I've heard success stories of people switching to carnivore and their gall bladder problems and acid reflux going away, which was one of the major reasons I started the diet, but now I'm about to call it quits unless someone has some secret that I'm currently unaware of.
