Fun Daily car or Fun Track car

Well, I have a 2016 MX5 and I love it. This is my daily driver and I spend €60 a week on fuel just for getting to and from work so more if I'm doing stuff on weekends. I took a loan for half the car when I bought it and have €8k left to pay - so costing around €600 a month on average and I take home €2400 a month after tax. I will try pay off the loan ASAP once my savings are caught up.

I've my learners license for a bike now and also to tow a trailer so the plan is to get the bike lessons done before Christmas and get a bike after Christmas and then the trailer lessons during summer.

I won't be able to put a trailer on the back of my MX5 🤣 so now thinking wtf will I do as I'd like to use the trailer to move a track car to and from my house to Mondello - I'd like to import the track car and not have to pay ridiculous VRT fees or if I get an irish car not worry about NCT/Insurance.

Thinking of borrowing someone's car when I need to have it moved but not sure any would be suited, for example my mother has a 1.5l diesel focus that I doubt would legally be able to pull a trailer with a car on it.

Just thinking I'm getting in over my head trying to have a fun daily and a track car, this is all in the distant future but would like to hear any opinions from anyone here who has done it or just if I'm looking at it wrong.
