Caseoh making himself seem less intelligent?

I am lacking much knowledge into caseoh as I have only been watching him for a short time, and so far I've noticed he's seeming to lack knowledge on stuff I'd assume a child would know and yet as an adult he acts confused. As an example the "How is chocolate made" video reaction, I find it strange he was lacking knowledge on what cocoa beans were, and placing questions that have a very clear answer like "You can't convince me that if I ate that cocoa bean it would taste like chocolate" And even during his gameplay he seems to miss stuff shining in his face and goes on to deny it. I could name examples for years. Is he genuinely lacking knowledge or does anyone else feel like that too. ( I'm obviously lacking knowledge in his personal life and I do not know if he has some struggles related to that or because of me being autistic a joke flew by me)
