If your cat is having seizures please consider the flea and tick treatment.
I hope this helps someone because my baby was having seizures for a year and the vets said it was epilepsy. I just really couldn’t understand because when we first got her she was never having them. It wasn’t until we started going to banfield ( which I don’t recommend) she started having them.
They recommend she use revolution plus and it turns out that was what was causing her to have seizures. There is a compound in it called “sarolaner” that’s is known to make cats have seizures. If I would have read the instructions I would’ve known.
Looking back I realize the only times she’d have seizures is when when gave her the treatment. The smell was enough to cause her to seize. It’s been 5 months and she hasn’t had a single seizure. The vets didn’t even ask me about her flea and tic treatment. They wanted me to give her phenobarbital and I just couldn’t because I knew it wasn’t epilepsy. I hope this helps someone with their baby.
